1. Return Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
- Tags must still be attached
- It must be returned in the original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required
Note: Items marked as final sale or clearance are not eligible for return.
2. How to Request a Return

- Photo of the item (if damaged or defective)
We will provide you with the return shipping address and further instructions.
3. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service; we are not responsible for lost return packages
4. Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
5. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different size or style, please return the item for a refund and place a new order.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery. We’ll make it right at no extra cost to you.
